Battleshifter’s excel at using their ki to reshape their physical forms, perfecting their bodies into unstoppable engines of martial perfection.

Physical Focus: A battleshifter must choose enhancer as his 1st level esoteric training.

Advanced Form Manipulation: At 2nd level, the battleshifter gains the Alteration sphere as a bonus style talent. In addition, the battleshifter may use the Alteration sphere to apply a shapeshift to himself and only himself as a move action. Maintaining this effect through concentration only requires a move action each round.

This replaces the esotery normally gained at 2nd level.

Keen Senses: From 3rd level on, the battleshifter’s efforts to perfect his physical form have sharpened his senses to an uncanny edge. The battleshifter gains Alertness as a bonus feat. If you already possess Alertness, you may gain Skill Focus as a bonus feat instead.

This replaces the Skill Focus feat normally gained at 3rd level.

Implacable Resilience: From 6th level on, the battleshifter becomes virtually impossible to kill as long as he has ki remaining. Whenever an attack would reduce the battleshifter to -1 or fewer hit points, the damage instead reduces his ki pool at a rate of 1 ki point per 5 points of damage beyond that required to reduce him to 0 hit points (rounded up; so an attack that would have reduced the battleshifter to -13 hit points would instead reduce his ki pool by 3). If the battleshifter has no ki remaining, he takes any remaining damage as normal.

This replaces the esotery normally gained at 6th level.

Final Form: At 20th level, the battleshifter must choose physical perfection as his signature technique. In addition, whenever the battleshifter targets himself with an effect from the Alteration or Enhancement spheres, it is considered an extraordinary ability instead of a magical effect. This means it does not provoke an attack of opportunity, cannot be dispelled or countered, and can be used within an antimagic field.

This replaces the esotery normally gained at 20th level.
