Proficiencies
Champion symbiats are proficient with simple weapons, as well as light armor and bucklers. In addition, if this is this character’s first level in any class, they may select a martial tradition of their choice.
This alters proficiencies.
Blended Training
A champion symbiat gains a combat or magic talent every time they gain a caster level. Champion symbiats use their casting ability modifier as their practitioner modifier.
This replaces the magic talents class feature.
Greater Training
The champion symbiat may choose to exchange the danger sense, uncanny dodge, and improved uncanny dodge class features to improve their blended training, gaining a combat or magic talent at every class level (instead of every time they gain a caster level).
This optionally replaces danger sense, uncanny dodge, and improved uncanny dodge. A champion symbiat may not take this option if they possess an archetype that would alter or replace the exchanged class features.
