Emissaries couple their strategic knowledge with intense research and analytical acumen, although their tactics often rely upon bouts of sudden insight and improvisation.
This archetype requires the administrator archetype.
Inspiration (Ex)
An emissary gains an inspiration pool as the investigatorACG class ability. An emissary uses his commander level as his investigator level when determining the effects of this ability. Instead of free uses of inspiration on Knowledge, Linguistics, or Spellcraft skill checks, the emissary can use inspiration on Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, Knowledge (local), Linguistics, Perform, and Sense Motive checks without expending a use of inspiration, provided he is trained in the relevant skill.
Additionally, the emissary can choose an investigator talent instead of an enhanced tactic.
This replaces clear communicator.
Note: If the emissary gains an inspiration pool from another source, he adds his commander level to his investigator level when calculating his inspiration pool (and may still only add the associated ability score modifier once).
