Prerequisites
To qualify to become a sphere proctor, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria in one of the sets presented below.
Alignment: Any neutral.
Feats: Alertness, Monitor Obedience.
Magic Talents: Divination, Fate or Protection sphere
Skills: Knowledge (planes) 7 ranks, Knowledge (religion) 7 ranks.
Special: Must worship a monitor demigod; must have met with a monitor of CR 5 or greater and declined an offer of assistance or power from a celestial or fiendish being of CR 10 or greater.
Blended Talents
When a new sphere proctor level beyond 1st is gained, the character gains an increased caster level and talent-based ability progression (new combat, magic, skill, or blended talents, spell point progression, etc.) as if she had also gained a level in any one class she added before the prestige class level. She does not, however, gain any other benefit a character with that class would have gained (such as non-casting class abilities). If a character had more than one class before they became a sphere proctor, she must decide which class they add each level of sphere proctor to for the purpose of determining casting and talent progression.
This replaces spells per day and spells known
Monitor Expression (Su)
Rather than the normal benefits of this class feature, impulsives gain a +3 bonus to concentration checks. This increases to +6 at 5th level.
This modifies monitor expression
Planar Connections
At 1st level, the sphere proctor gains the Conjuration sphere as a bonus sphere. She gains an additional talent of her choice from the Conjuration sphere at 4th and 8th levels.
This replaces familiar and summon monitor
Monitors’ Efficiency (Su)
At 7th level, the sphere proctor selects a single [utility] magic talent they possess. The spell point cost of using that talent is reduced by 1, to a minimum of 0. The sphere proctor may select a different magic talent every time she rests to regain spell points.
This replaces solemn voice
